What did we do?
After running a comprehensive Competitor Analysis Report on the client’s current site. We changed this old static site to a fast, fresh, contemporary one. This included new dynamic content on the homepage. Along with a dedicated landing page for prospects responding to local search queries.
The new site included a dynamic ‘ticker’ of the latest stock prices. As well as a clickable ‘Market Overview’ box on latest prices for Equities, Indices, Commodities, Currencies. The options most relevant to this client.
The site now incorporates email marketing from MailChimp to capture sign-ups from interested and highly relevant prospects. In this case, we chose MailChimp as it’s free to email lists that contain up to 2000 subscribers, and to send up to 12,000 emails per month.
We’ve also taken MailChimp’s automation capabilities a stage further to better qualify sign-ups. This helps to ensure that everyone who signs up meets your defined prospect criteria.
The site now has an impressive dynamic testimonial section which will also be used in Google Reviews. This is an increasingly important ranking factor and will set our client apart from its competitors.
Within the first day of going live the site achieved first-page rankings. This was for the highly competitive keywords ‘wealth management’ and ‘financial advisor’ on Google Local.
